2022 Student Banner Recognition Recipients (above)

Each year in partnership with the Downtown Boulder Partnership, the Student Banner Project kicks off in mid-January, with 42 new Pearl Street lamp pole banners created by incredible young artists from Columbine Elementary School, Casey Middle School, and Boulder High School. As we embark a new Vision Plan for Downtown Boulder and City of Boulder Cultural Plan starting in 2024, this year's banner artists are creating work according to the theme What makes the community’s future bright?

The banners will be on display January through April, 2024.
