We're also happy to post Calls for Artists on our social media. Email those to artsweekboulder@gmail.com and we'll post them in the order they are received.

Call for Artist Requirements: a JPG that we can easily post, which includes the following information:

  • Best person to contact
  • Contact information
  • Business/Venue name and location
  • Business/Venue website (if applicable)
  • The type of artist you're interested in hosting or collaborating with*
  • The type of event you're interested in hosting

*If you're not sure about this, just try to be realistic about how much space you have for an artist to work in. Don't have a lot of space? That doesn't mean an artist can't find a way to make it work. But try to be realistic.

Once your event is submitted, we'll get you up on our list of participants.

Promotional materials for Boulder Arts Week will be available SOON for you to pick up and display in your space. Stay tuned for more information!

Please, when and where possible, use our logo in your printed materials and on your websites. You can download a couple of different hi-res versions for print HERE and HERE, and a low-res version for use on the web HERE.

Please take a look at the list of participating venues and businesses on this very site! If you have already submitted an event to the calendar and that event has been approved, but you don't see your venue or business listed there, please let us know! As you may have noticed, we have links to your respective websites there, and we ask that when you get a chance, you link to our site from yours as well. We would be much obliged.

Boulder Arts Week, March 31-April 8, 2017, is Boulder only large-scale, inclusive celebration of our community's vibrant arts and cultural offerings. This citywide event will highlight Boulder's distinguished arts and cultural programming and will include art walks, First Friday, exhibitions, performances, dance, music, theatre, artist demonstrations, lectures, and symposia.

Please "like" us on Facebook and "follow" us on Twitter and Instagram! Further, please encourage your audiences and patrons to do the same. We're using social media to get the word out as much as possible, so let's cross-pollinate and share.
