Featured Artist: Troubadours Collective

The Troubadours Collective, a popular group of singer/songwriters in Boulder featuring Ramaya, Dechen Hawk, & friends, succinctly provided us with information about their Boulder Arts Week offering and their further plans for delicious treats in what is sure to be a bleak post-Boulder Arts Week landscape.

You can catch them at 9 p.m., Friday, March 28th @ Shine.

Describe your work in 10 words or less:

A musical collective of eclectic balladeers, brawlers, bawlers and bastards.

Tell us about one of your favorite encounters with art in Boulder:

Standing in the front row at the Fox Theater mesmerized by the revelation that is Martin Sexton.

If you could collaborate with any artist in Boulder, who would it be and why?

Chief Niwot and the Circus Center Aerial Dancers. But seriously, each other, that’s why we do this.

What will you be doing for Boulder Arts Week?

Putting on the best damn show of our lives, and sleeping through the rest. Kidding, checking out as much of the talent as we can squeeze in.

Then what?

Uh, what are they called... crepes.
